Booking Changes
- If you need to DOWNGRADE, CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us a 24 hour notice! For appointments longer than 2 hours, we kindly ask for a 48 hour notice!
- If you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE an appointment on the same day as the appointment (or after 19:00 o’clock the previous day) you will be charged 50% of your appointment’s value!
- If you DON’T SHOW UP for your appointment, or you CANCEL LAST MINUTE (1 hour before appointment) we will charge 100% of your appointments value.
- If the fee is not paid, we will block the customer from booking future appointments.
- For appointments exceeding 3 hours, we require a reservation fee of 500 DKK. This fee will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your treatment. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive your reservation fee back.
