Booking Changes

If you need to DOWNGRADE, CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us a 24 hour notice! For appointments longer than 4 hours, we kindly ask for a 48 hour notice!

If you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE an appointment on the same day as the appointment (or after 19:00 o’clock the previous day) you will be charged 100% of your appointment’s value!

If you DON’T SHOW UP for your appointment, or you CANCEL LAST MINUTE (1 hour before appointment) we will charge 100% of your appointments value.

If the fee is not paid, we will block the customer from booking future appointments.

HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT

Cancellations must be made by phone at 91 43 53 89 and only by speaking directly with a staff member during our opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

We do not accept cancellations via SMS, Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram.

If you wish to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you are also welcome to use our online booking system

RESERVATION FEE

For all appointments lasting longer than 4 hours, a reservation fee of 500 DKK is required. This fee will be deducted from the final invoice at the end of your treatment.

  • Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable for all bookings.
  • The fee can, by agreement, be transferred to a new booking, but only twice. After that, the fee will be forfeited.
  • In case of no-show, the full amount for the booked treatment will be charged.

PAYMENT AND COMPLAINT POLICY

We do not offer any refunds, and complaints are not accepted.

If a fee is not paid, we do not accept bookings for future appointments.

We reserve the right to select our own customers,
and to dismiss the ones that does not present an adequate behavior.
