Is it possible to change an appointment?

Yes, it is possible to change a booking under the following circumstances:

If you need to DOWNGRADE, CANCEL, or RESCHEDULE your booking, we kindly ask you to provide us with 24 hours’ notice. For appointments longer than 2 hours, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice.

If you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE a booking on the same day as the appointment (or after 7:00 PM the day before), we will charge 50% of the value of your ordered service.

If you FAIL TO SHOW UP for your appointment or CANCEL AT THE LAST MOMENT (1 hour before the appointment), we will charge 100% of the value of your ordered service.

If a fee is not paid, we do not accept bookings for future appointments.

For appointments exceeding 3 hours, we require a reservation fee of 500 DKK. This fee will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your treatment. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive your reservation fee back.

Payment and Claims Policy: No refunds are provided, and claims are not possible.

We reserve the right to choose our own customers and reject those who do not demonstrate appropriate behavior.

How is short, medium-length, and long hair defined?

Very short	Does not cover the ears, 5 cm in length
Short	Up to the earlobes
Medium	From just below the earlobes up to the shoulders / 1 cm above the shoulders
Long	From just above the shoulders up to the shoulder blades
Extra long	From the shoulder blades down to the waist

When is the hair salon open?

Beauty Factory is open from Tuesday to Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM.
On Saturdays, we are open from 10 AM to 2 PM.
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Booking Changes

How many people can say that AFTER one month you STILL look and feel like you've just stepped out of a salon ! Honestly, I can 😍👏🎉A month ago, on my 50th birthday, I walked into Lorand's, feeling awful and desperately in need of a solution for my rapidly graying thinning lifeless hair. Kristina and Lorand are true professionals! They completely transformed me, they coloured, cut and styled my hair in such a way, that it all suited me so much better, and even advised me on how to continue caring for my hair long after, so that not only can I manage my hair soo much better every day now, but I still look and feel amazing and am still enjoying that 'salon feeling' a whole month later as well !! I recently had my hair dyed at the hairdresser, beauty factory albertslund, and I would like to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The hairdresser took the time to listen to my wishes and gave good advice on which color would suit me best.During the treatment I felt very comfortable and the hairdresser was really skilled. The result was fantastic and I am super happy with the new stripes!. I've gotten a lot of compliments since and I feel really good about my look. By far the best treatment my hair has ever gotten.I had booked a permanent hair straightening treatment, and from the moment I stepped inside I could tell that both Maria and Lorand were extremely dedicated to give me the best result possible. I have very thick and stubborn hair, so it ended up taking quite a while, but the whole experience was just so great. Maria guided me through all parts of the treatment and gave me tips on how to maintain the hair. Loránd was able to keep a lot of my hair length while getting rid of all split ends.I have never been happier about my hair and really enjoy the feeling of running my fingers through silky smooth straight hair instead of a tangled mess.Thank you, Maria and Loránd! ❤️

Wow, what a wonderful experience it was! Maria, who did my hair, is really skilled and kind. I cannot recommend Lorand enough! I decided to wait a bit before writing this review to see the long-term results of my straightening treatment, and I am thrilled with the outcome. Over the past four months, my hair has not only grown significantly but is also much healthier and more manageable. I save so much time on my daily hair routine now.Lorand and his team are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and the results speak for themselves. I'm excited to go back for another treatment. I have also had keratin hair extensions done there last year and the quality was just unbelievable!!

I love this place! They have done magic with my hair in the last 3 years with the Sweet product line and the organic permanent hair straightening.I unfortunately made the mistake to try Keratin straightening at another salon that (after one day of shine) left my hair super dry and tangly. With the Sweet treatment your hair is straight and shiny not only when you leave the salon but for months to come. It is also completely fine to do the treatment again, it’s the fourth time I am doing it and it looks better and better each time so I will definitely come back 🙂
